Eligibility to Enrol in αMillions Loyalty Program
You may enrol in the αMillions Loyalty Program if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are a resident of Malaysia
- Have an active and valid e-mail address
Joining αMillions Loyalty Program
You can enrol in the αMillions Loyalty Program by registering for an account on the App, on www.alfamillions.com (‘Loyalty Program’), or through the assistance of our staff.
In order to sign up as a member through the App, you must:
- Download ‘Poket Rewards – Vouchers & Cards’ app to your Android™ or iPhone® device
- Press ‘Create New Account’
- Provide your full name, an active and valid e-mail address, and password
- Complete all the required information in the Membership Form
- Browse ‘Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd’
- Press ‘POKET IT’ to be a αMillions member
In order to create an Account through www.alfamillions.com, you must:
- Go to ‘Loyalty Program’ and click on the ‘SIGN UP’ button
- Provide your full name and gender
- Provide your birthday
- Provide your mobile phone number
- Provide an active and valid e-mail address
- Provide a password
Your Account as it is related to the Loyalty Program will be your “Loyalty Program Account”.
After registering and verifying an Account, and completing your first Qualifying Purchase (as defined below), you will be eligible to earn one (1) point (‘Point’) for every full ringgit you spend (after any applicable discounts but excluding taxes), rounded down or up for every half ringgit to the nearest ringgit, at any outlets of Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd, subject to certain exclusions. For example, if you spend RM 6.15 on Qualifying Purchase(s) (as defined below), you will earn six (6) Points; if you spend RM 6.95 on Qualifying Purchase(s) (as defined below), you will earn seven (7) Points. Bear in mind that you will not earn Points for taxes.
A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase of at least one ringgit (RM 1.00).
In order to earn Points, you must scan, at the time of purchase, the QR code that is generated in the App by pressing the “Wallet” button, followed by your member card in the App. Subject to the preceding sentence, Points earned will be posted to your Account latest by two (2) days after the applicable Qualifying Purchases. The Points available at any time in your “Rewards” will equal the aggregate amount of Points earned less the aggregate amount of Points converted into Rewards (the “Your Points”).
Points earned from the same transaction may only be posted to one (1) Loyalty Program Account. All Points earned from the same transaction will be posted to the Loyalty Program Account associated with the QR code that is provided at the time of purchase.
Conversion of Points into Rewards
Depending on your Loyalty Program Tier (as defined below), when you have accrued the targeted Points (as stated in the section of Loyalty Program Tiers), the company will automatically convert the Points into one (1) Reward. The Rewards available at any time in your “Rewards” will equal the aggregate amount of Rewards converted from Points, less (a) the aggregate amount of redeemed Rewards, and (b) the aggregate amount of expired Rewards.

There are three (3) levels of benefits within the αMillions Loyalty Program (“Tiers”), as determined by the cumulative number of Points earned within the consecutive twelve (12) month period following your enrollment date. Once you sign up for the αMillions Loyalty Program, you will automatically be enrolled in the Grey Tier. If you earn 10,000 Points within the twelve (12) month period following your enrollment date, you will be qualified for the Silver Tier. The same rules apply to every Tier. Once you completed every tier, you will be our VVIP member. All the VVIP member will be entitled to the two (2) times special rates within the consecutive twelve (12) month period.
All the benefits will be loaded onto your account on your qualification date and will be available for you to use at any of our outlets within three (3) month. If you have installed the app in your smartphone, you will receive a push notification from the app after the voucher is loaded to your account indicating that your Reward is available to you.
If you do not earn any Points or achieve the targeted points within each twelve (12) month period, your Loyalty Program Account will drop to the next Tier. (Loyalty Program Accounts in the Gold Tier will be reset to the Silver Tier [0 Points], and Loyalty Program Accounts in the Silver Tier will be reset to the Grey Tier [0 Points].)
Upon registering for the αMillions Loyalty Program, verifying your Account and completing a Qualifying Purchase with a minimum spend of RM 3 000, the company will post a Reward for one (1) premium gift (a “Welcome Reward” (visit our outlets for further information)) to your Loyalty Program Account. A Welcome Reward will be expired in thirty (30) days after posting to your Loyalty Program Account.
Upon registering for the αMillions Loyalty Program, verifying your Account and completing a Qualifying Purchase, the company will post a Reward for one (1) spin wheel voucher (a “Birthday Reward”(visit our outlets for further information)) to your Loyalty Program Account in fifteen (15) days prior to your birthday. A Birthday Reward will be expired in thirty (30) days after posting to your Loyalty Program Account.
The company may, from time to time, post certain promotional offers (“Promotional Offer(s)”) to your Loyalty Program Account. Promotional Offers will be subjected to the terms and conditions of each respective Promotional Offer, including, without limitation, Qualifying Purchases and applicable expiration dates.
Redemption of Rewards, Welcome Rewards, Birthday Rewards and Promotional Offers
You may not redeem Reward, Welcome Reward or Birthday Reward for cash, except as required by law. In order to redeem a Reward, Welcome Reward, Birthday Reward or Promotional Offer, you must scan, at the time of purchase, the QR code that is generated in the App by pressing the e-Voucher under “Wallet”, and/or the “My ID” button for that particular Reward. Each time you redeem a Reward, Welcome Reward, Birthday Reward or Promotional Offer, the company will remove it from your Loyalty Program Account.
Once you earn a Reward, you may start accumulating Points towards another Reward. You may not use more than one (1) Reward, Welcome Reward, or Birthday Reward and Promotional Offer (or any combination thereof) in the same transaction. You are also not allowed to use a Reward, Welcome Reward or Birthday Reward to fulfil any requirements of any Promotional Offers for any items that you purchase. For example, if you have received a Promotional Offer that requires you to spend a minimum of RM 20 to get a free item, you cannot use a Reward, Welcome Reward or Birthday Reward with one (1) RM 20 off voucher, and then receive one (1) item free as part of the Promotional Offer.
Terms and Conditions of e-Voucher
- The e-Voucher is valid for one-time use only
- The e-Voucher must be presented at point of purchase
- The e-Voucher is neither exchangeable for cash nor can it be credited to any account
- The e-Voucher’s value has to be redeemed in full and no partial redemption is allowed
- The e-Voucher will not be refunded if the value of the redeemed goods is short of the awarded sum
- The e-Voucher cannot be combined with other e-Vouchers in a single transaction.
- The e-Voucher is only valid for your next purchases.
- The e-Voucher is not applicable for use with any other promotions, special offers and discounts
- The e-Voucher will not be issued with any replacement in the event of lost voucher
- The e-Voucher is subjected to any changes without prior notice
- The Terms and Conditions of the respective merchant apply
- Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to final decision to refuse the use of any vouchers in any cases of dispute
Expiration of Rewards, Welcome Rewards, Birthday Rewards and Promotional Offers
Reward shall expire in three (3) month following conversion from Points and posting to your ‘Wallet’. Welcome Reward shall expire in thirty (30) days after being posted to your ‘Wallet’. Birthday Reward shall expire in thirty (30) days after being posted to your ‘Wallet’. Promotional Offer shall expire in accordance with its respective terms and conditions.
The company will give you the opportunity to earn Points when you complete the following activities.
- Social Sharing: Earn fifty (50) Points when you share your points earned in αMillions Loyalty Program on your Facebook timeline.

Unauthorised Access of Use
The company is not responsible for any unauthorised access of your Loyalty Program Account or any unauthorised use of any Reward, Welcome Reward, Birthday Reward or Promotional Offer in your Loyalty Program Account. If you believe any such unauthorised access or use has occurred, you may notify us at [email protected]. Upon receipt of such notification, the company will help you to set up a new account and transfer your existing Points and Rewards (if any). However, the company will not reinstate rewards that were redeemed by an unauthorised user of your Loyalty Program Account.
Balance Inquiry and Transaction History
You can view and track your Points balances, and redeem Points for available Rewards on the App, on www.alfamillions.com (‘Loyalty Program’), or with the assistance of our staff.
Opt Out of Loyalty Program
You may opt out of the Loyalty Program by contacting Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd at [email protected]. Once you have opted out of the Loyalty Program, you may not earn additional Points in your Loyalty Program Account, and the Points and outstanding Rewards in your Loyalty Program Account will be expired immediately.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Amendments and Termination of the Loyalty Program
The company reserves the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to:
- Change, modify and/or end or cancel the Loyalty Program and/or any specific Reward;
- Change any Reward or other Loyalty Program benefits we offer;
- Change the requirements for earning a particular Reward;
- Change the time you have in which to earn a particular Reward;
- Change any other features of the Loyalty Program; and/or
Without prior notice, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Loyalty Program Account and/or your participation in the αMillions Loyalty Program.
The company reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the use of αMillions Loyalty Program, any Loyalty Program Account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points earned. In the event that your Loyalty Program Account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all the accumulated Points in your account are void.
The company reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the αMillions Loyalty Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
General Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
There are no membership fees associated with αMillions Loyalty Program. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
Your Loyalty Program Account under αMillions Loyalty Program is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others, or be used for any commercial purposes. You may have only one (1) αMillions Loyalty Program Account.
As a part of the αMillions member, the company will send you informational, promotional messages and/or offers. These communications may happen in the form of push notifications through the App. If your contact information changes, or if you wish to change your contact information, please log into your Loyalty Program Account by using the app, go to the ‘Profile’ (found at ‘More’ tab), and update your contact information. Or you may log into your Loyalty Program Account through www.alfamillions.com by pressing the ‘Profile’ button.
These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions complement and incorporate by reference the App’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflicts between these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and the App’s Terms and Conditions, both parties’ Terms and Conditions will control.
