What is αMillions Card?

αMillions Card is an Exclusive Privileges program created by Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd that is distinguished by 3 tiers which enable a member to enjoy exclusive privileges and benefits from earning points.

How does αMillions Card work?

As a αMillions Card holder, when you spend at any outlets of Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd in Kuching, you can accumulate points by presenting your αMillions Card to our staff (you must scan the QR Code on their smartphone), the points will then be added in your αMillions Card latest by TWO (2) days after the terms of payment for the purchase transaction are fulfilled. All the accumulated points can be used to redeem special rewards.

What is the accumulation structure of αMillions Card?

For every RM 1 nett spend at any outlets of Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd, the αMillions Card holder will accumulate ONE (1) point. Accumulation point is based on the final Ringgit Malaysia of the nett purchase (I.e. with a nett purchase of RM 888.90, αMillions Cardholder will be entitled to accumulate 888 points).

What rewards can I redeem when I reach at the targeted points?

Based on the total number of points you have earned, you will be on a level with certain benefits. Points accrued may be redeemed as rewards in your next purchase within one (1) and three (3) month period following the date of reaching current tier.

How can I apply for αMillions Card?

αMillions Card is ZERO cost subject to the Terms & Conditions. You may download ‘Poket Rewards – Vouchers & Cards’ from either Apple Store or Google Play Store, or join as a member of αMillions Loyalty Program through our official website. Or, you may visit any outlets of Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd and request for applying a αMillions Card through the assistance of our staff.

Will I be able to enjoy all members’ benefits instantly upon sign up?

Yes. As soon as you sign up as a member of αMillions Loyalty Program, you may start accumulating points. However, transactions made without scanning the QR Code, providing an active and valid e-mail address, and mobile phone number will not be accumulated.

Does αMillions Card have a validity period?

αMillions Card is a lifetime membership, it has no validity period.

May I share my αMillions Card with others for members’ benefits?

We do not encourage sharing of your αMillions Card to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.

Is it possible to merge the points accumulated in the two (2) αMillions Card owned separately by my friend and I?

αMillions Card is designated for individual use by the respective Card Holder only. No merging or transfer of points from a different account is allowed.

When will I get my accumulation after making a purchase?

You will get your accumulation latest by TWO (2) days after the payment for the purchase is made.

How do I check my current points balance on my αMillions Card?

You may log on to your Loyalty Program Account through Poket app, and click on ‘Wallet’ from the menu bar, proceed to your member card, and press ‘Rewards’ to check your current accumulated points. You may also log on to your Loyalty Program Account through www.alfamillions.com by pressing ‘Already A Member?’ to track your current accumulated points.

How do I update my member details?

You may log on to your Loyalty Program Account through Poket app, and click on the ‘Profile’, which can be found at ‘More’ tab, to update your details. You may also log on to your Loyalty Program Account through www.alfamillions.com by pressing ‘Already A Member?’, and proceed to ‘My Profile’ to update your details.

What if I do not have an email address?

We encourage you to register for an account from many choices of service providers available online as a valid email address is required for account maintenance.

How do I change my password?

You may log on to your Loyalty Program Account through Poket app or www.alfamillions.com, and click on ‘Profile’, then proceed to ‘Change Password’, from the menu bar. The system will prompt you to enter your old password as well as new one. A confirmation will be given if your new password is changed successfully.

What if I forget my password?

You may go to ‘Already A Member?’, and click on ‘Forgot your password?’, you are then be required to input your registered email to reset your password. If the email address you gave us is no longer in use, please contact Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd at [email protected] for further assistance.

Is there any expiry date to my accumulated points?

αMillions Card accumulated points for every tier are valid for the consecutive twelve (12) month period following your enrollment date. For memberships registered on 30th September 2017, accumulation will be expired on 30th September 2018.

What if I forgot to bring my phone upon purchase at Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd?

You may just provide your registered mobile phone number and email address to our staff in enjoying members’ exclusive benefits and accumulate points. Redemption of rewards can only be made with the Poket app to safeguard your interest.

What other benefits do I get as a member of αMillions Card?

As a αMillions Card holder, you are entitled to the Birthday Reward, Premium Gift and other exclusive privileges.

Will my account be cancelled if I don’t use it?

Active Members will be automatically upgraded to the following tier once they have successfully accumulated the targeted points within the consecutive twelve (12) month period following their enrollment date. Members inactive for 12 months will be downgraded.

Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information submitted online?

All personal data submitted will be kept highly confidential secured. Your contact information will be used solely by Alfa Millions Sdn Bhd for promotional purposes only.
